My news feed has been filled with all of your lovely "Back-to-school" and "First Day" photos in the last few weeks.
Made me sad that all of my babies are past their school days now, although the POTH is about to embark on a few years at Uni to train as a teacher.
So.....I thought this was a great topic for this fortnight's challenge.

 

This week's theme is "BACK TO SCHOOL"
Your LO must include.........

  3 x Colours from any of the colours featured in picture
2 x lots of HANDWRITTEN journaling - yours and your child's
(it could just be their name for example, in their handwriting)
1 x element painted (e.g. your background, the edge of your photo, a piece of chipboard, etc)

Upload your entry by midnight (NSW time), March 6 to be in the running for a great prize (TBA)

Introducing a new mini-comp each month

"CREATIVE INSPIRATION"

 

 

I invite you to upload* any creative work you are working on or have completed to share it with others.
It is a chance to inspire others and be inspired by others....

 

Each piece of work you upload* will put you in the draw for a (one) packet of wonderful butterfly stickers, designed by the fabulous Kelly-ann from "From A Mother's Art"

 

Here is the amazing range of colours that Kelly-ann has designed.
Packs are available from Kelly's store

 

To be eligible for the monthly draw you must upload your work by midnight (NSW time) on the last day of each month.
Your work will be shared on FaceBook as well as here on the blog.

Welcome To Our New Blog Home.

Hello and welcome to the new home of The Lounge Blog.
Our Typepad blog has become too expensive for me to justify paying a monthly fee for it so I have jumped on board with Blogger.
